All shipments containing firearms or ammunition require a Chain of Signature (COS) document, as per Government Regulations and Day & Ross Freight. Failure to provide the appropriate documentation may result in Day & Ross refusing your shipment. You can use this sample COS to create your own. All fields listed on the form are mandatory.
