Cube and Reweigh Notification

We are pleased to announce that we have recently implemented an enhancement to our cubing and reweigh notification process which enables our customers to better manage their freight cost through accurate information, timely data, and improved communication.

The revised notification form provides detailed information about the cube and reweigh process, which allows for a more effective information flow and visibility over freight cost.

The newly added fields on the itemized notification include Correction Date, Terminal clear delimitation between Tendered Weight and Reweigh, as well as a detailed explanation as to why the cube and reweigh was conducted as per safety and legal requirements.

The recently enhanced process provides all our customers with reliable information that will assist them in better understand and manage their freight cost.

Please note that Transborder LTL shipments to and from the U.S. are generally not subject to our standard domestic cube rules. Shipments that are re-weighed by our strategic U.S. LTL partner R+L Carriers will follow a different notification process featuring timely updates on our website.
