The Lean Engineering Team is dedicated to identifying the evolving needs of customers and working toward developing solutions to address customers’ supply chain and logistics challenges. This team strives to ensure that assets are optimized, productivity is enhanced, and processes and standards are designed to yield maximum benefit. This is achieved by creating and implementing standard operating procedures, project management responsibilities, and monitoring quality management systems and information tracking.
